General Terms and Conditions

I. General:

1. The present General Terms and Conditions apply to the exclusion of any and all terms contained in any purchase order or document submitted to us by the purchaser.
2. The present General Terms and Conditions and our 2024 Price List as last updated on 01.01.2024 supersede and invalidate all General Terms and Conditions and Price Lists published previously.
3. Errors and misprints excepted.

II. Quotations:

All quotations are non-binding and subject to change.

III. Prices:

1. All prices stipulated are net prices in Euros exclusive of VAT as applicable on the date of shipment.
2. Unless otherwise agreed, all prices are Ex Works (Incoterms 2020), excluding packing, freight, insurance charges and customs duti

IV. Payment Terms:

1. Payments are to be made within 10 days from the date of invoice less a 2% discount or within 30 days from the date of invoice, strictly net.
2. Payments are to be made by bank transfer.

V. Retention of Title:

We reserve full retention of title to all goods delivered until all sums due have been paid in full. This also applies in the event of the purchaser reselling the goods delivered. Title to all goods delivered will only pass to the purchaser on receipt of payment in full of all amounts owing to us. Until such time all goods remain our sole property.

VI. Transfer of Perils:

Shipments are made at the purchaser's sole risk and expense.

VII. Delivery Time:

Agreed delivery times and dates are subject to any kind of force majeure and other unforeseen hindrances which we are unable to prevent. In case of late delivery we do not assume any liability whatsoever.

VIII. Warranty:

Complaints can only be accepted if received within eight days from despatch of the consignment.

IX. Place of Performance:
